If you like a Prosecco style sparkling, then this is for you! Golden blonde in colour, its bubbly, delicate and very refreshing. Made using Method Traditionnelle techniques and 18 months on lees, it is slightly dry on the palate with white peach and citrus flavours that linger right to the end of the bottle!! It will be the perfect celebratory wine to enjoy through summer or simply as a reason to reach for a bubbles any day of the week.
