A Trophy winnerfor the Best Sparkling at the 2024 Macedon Ranges Wine Exhibition, this 2017 vintage sparkling is a methode traditionelle brut sparkling blended from handpicked chardonnay (85%) and pinot noir (15%) grapes grown at Parkside. Aged for six and a half years in bottle, it was disgorged in September 2023.
Offering aromas of peach and citrus with flavours of green baked apple, citrus and almond pastry. This calssic apéritif sparkling shows finesse, elegance and a persistent velvety bead.
