This outstanding traditional method sparkling was aged on lees for six years. The blend is 65% Chardonnay and 35% Pinot Noir, presenting the elegance and quality we are proud to expect.
With a vibrant nose of citrus zest and toastiness, the clean palate offers green apple, pistachio, nougat and subtle brioche.
With only a short time to age on cork (disgorged September 2024), we expect complexity to slowly reveal itself over time.

A Three Tail Sparkling: This sparkling is one of the "Three Tails" collection. It is named after the Irish member of our cavalry, Surface Tension. The son of the famous Irish racehorse Galileo, Surf Man as we call him, is teasing, mishievous and charming - a perfect ambassodor for this sparkling.
