Our Chardonnay grapes are the strongest performers in our vineyard. They produce wonderful flavour and acidity for our sparkling wines but claim their own personality of freshness, vitality and long smooth palates when made as a table wine
With a flinty note to complement the luscious white nectarine and brioche, we recommend large glasses or a quicj decant for maximum enjoyment.
Serve: 7 – 120C
Pair: Seek out soft, flavour filled chesses like gouda and feta, creamy pastas, and recipes using sour cream or crème fraîche.
