Our 2017 Pinot Noir is everything we like about a Pinot Noir wine.
Rich in colour with a wonderful black cherry fruit nose, the 2017 Pinot vintage is a vibrant, poised wine that balances red and black berry flavours with dark chocolate and subtle spicy oak characters. A backbone of fruity acidity helps drive a lengthy finish.
Serve: 12 - 150C (Decant 30 minutes)
Pair: A wonderful pairing with roast meats, barramundi and your favourite cheeses.
