This 2014 vintage sparkling is a methode traditionelle brut sparkling blended from handpicked chardonnay (80%) and pinot noir (20%) grapes grown at Parkside. Aged for 9+ years in bottle, it was disgorged in September 2023.
Offering flavours of baked apple, citrus and white peach, creamy/nutty nuances merge with a brioche texture and natural acidity to carry to a long flavoursome finish. This classic sparkling shows finesse, elegance and a persistent creamy bead.

A Three Tail Sparkling: This sparkling is one of the "Three Tails" collection. It is named after our horseracing champion, Tokugawa, who retired in 2014. Tokugawa, or Toki as we call him, is the son of the dual hemisphere wining thoroughbred race horse, Choisir. Choisir was the first Australian trained winner of the Golden Jubilee stakes at Royal Ascot.
