The grapes for this vintage were handpicked in April 2015 then whole bunch small batch pressed prior to settling. A slow, cold fermentation followed over a period of two weeks. It was racked immediately prior to bottling to maximise freshness and fruit characters
This is a very fine, subtly wooded chardonnay which has a light colour that signals its vitality. Silky smooth texture with a layered array of flavours including white peach, nectarine and toasted brioche. An impressively lingering finish.
