2011 Macedon Sparkling
This methode traditionelle sparkling is blended from handpicked chardonnay (50%) and pinot noir (50%) grapes at Parkside. Aged on lees for 36 months it has a vibrant pink / bronze hue and its aroma shows hints of strawberry.
The pinot provides flavours of strawberry and rose water. Chardonnay offers purity and length to the palate as it carries to a long, brut finish.
