2010 Pinot Noir
Always a bestseller at our Cellar Door and the annual Macedon Ranges Budburst wine festival.
This pinot was 100% grown, hand picked and small-batch fermented at Parkside Estate. It is light in colour with raspberry, cherry and caramel flavours underpinned by sweet brown spice notes. Fine tannins provide an appropriate structure that nicely balance the fruit driven finish. A great complement to all cuisines.
Prunes wrapped in bacon – yes please! This treat has been around for years and years but why change a good thing right? …. Add some aged vintage and blue cheeses along with some olives to complete this rich tapestry of flavours.
