Our philosophy is to be diligent in nurturing our grapes to produce the best possible fruit, then gently handling the grapes with minimalist intervention at every stage of the process.
2012
Time in the cellar has brought this pinot to life!!
Light in colour the bouquet is bright and fresh with red fruits and mixed spice notes. Softly textured with fine tannins this wine is medium bodied with lively raspberry and a slight oak dryness to finish.
This is a classic Burgundy style pinot noir.
2014
Rich, dark fruit was handpicked in April 2014 and immediately placed in small open top fermenters for cold soaking. 20% whole bunch fermentation, basket pressing then bottling unfiltered for minimum intervention has produced an old world style structure and finish.
Fruits of the forest dominate the aroma, while cherry and spice characters give length and intrigue. Fine tannins frame fruit and acidity on a lengthy finish. An easy drinking pinot noir
2017
Our 2017 Pinot Noir is everything we like about a Pinot Noir wine.
Rich in colour with a wonderful black cherry fruuit nose, the 2017 Pinot vintage is a vibrant, poised wine that balances red and black berry flavours with dark chocolate and subtle spicy oak characters. A backbone of fruity acidity helps drive a lengthy finish.
A wonderful pairing with roast meats, barramundi and your favourite cheeses.
